for the functioning of the

intergenerational council” is the second step

1. Finding / having the right group of people, consisting of both F and I and have them understanding the concept of CIA and being inspired.
2. Studying the manual and the guides.
3. Finding the right place for meetings and the right stakeholders.
4. Putting all together, following rules like Anna was talking about and having the meetings.
5. Being committed and consistent during the process.
